All papers are due to AAAI no later than May 25:
• Submit your paper to AAAI. An set
of instructions furnished by AAAI to the organizing committee can be found
here.
• Authors wishing additional pages in excess of the five page limit should contact
Dan Fu.
• Send in a
"permission to
distribute" form to: AAAI-04 Workshops, 445 Burgess Drive, Menlo Park, CA 94025.
• Email the paper's official title and list of authors to Jeff Orkin.
• Email the AV request form to
Craig Reynolds if you require anything other than an LCD
projector or overhead projector.
There will also be a demo session. Authors wanting to demonstrate software should email Craig, and list any special
AV needs such as a TV.
• By registering online at www.adobe.com, authors may convert up to 5
documents to PDF.
Papers should be between 1000 to 2500 words (about two to five
pages) in length and identify positions, issues, novel solutions, or new directions.
Accepted papers will be made available to all workshop participants. Submissions
should be in PDF, RTF, or DOC file format. Please contact Dan Fu about other formats.
Authors are encouraged to use the regular AAAI-04 conference format.
