The workshop will combine invited talks, panels, short presentations
and roundtable discussion. Those wishing to submit for the workshop should address
one of the above topic(s); those wishing to attend should signal their intent.
Based on papers and responses, the workshop committee will identify common ground
among participants and plan accordingly.
